- Accepted papers are asked to intimate about the Article Processing Charge (APC) or Conference registration Fees immediately.
- We assist only in publishing papers in journals or conferences, not for review, comment, correction, Indexing, withdrawal, or any other correction in papers etc.
- Avestina Research Assist is responsible for up to online or published papers in the journal link (link confirmed by authors).
- Avestina Research Assist is not responsible if your paper is published in any fake, clone or predatory journals, so before confirming the publication of your research papers, please verify the link carefully.
- After payment, inform us of payment proof with your camera-ready paper through an email and reply to acceptance mail.
- Submitted paper cannot be withdrawn at any condition once it is paid or accepted.
- If the customer reserves a part in the position or citation service, it is impossible to cancel it later.
- We won't be held responsible for the article beyond a year from the publication date, for instance, if the journal website goes down or is removed.
Everything that occurs in the next two to three months, including the retraction of an article, will be our responsibility. Anything that occurs in the following two to 12 months will be divided into property damage.
